Return & Refund Policy – Rudraksham

At Rudraksham, we are committed to delivering authentic Rudraksha and certified gemstones with the highest quality standards. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

1️⃣ Return Window

Customers must raise a return request within 24 hours (1 day) of receiving the product.
Requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances.

2️⃣ Condition for Return

To be eligible for return:

• The product must be unused and in original condition.

• The original packaging, certificate, invoice, and tags must be intact.

• The product must not show any signs of wear, damage, alteration, or tampering.

3️⃣ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable:

• Used Rudraksha beads

• Energized or customized products

• Personalized gemstone jewelry

• Products damaged by the customer

• Any item without original certification or packaging

4️⃣ Damaged / Used Products

We do not accept returns for products that are physically damaged, broken, scratched, altered, or mishandled after delivery.

If the product is found damaged due to customer handling, no refund or replacement will be issued.

5️⃣ Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

• If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

6️⃣ Important Note

Due to the spiritual and personal nature of Rudraksha and gemstones, we strongly encourage customers to confirm their purchase carefully before placing an order.
